Itinerary
Marble Mountains is a popular sightseeing location about 9km south of Da Nang City. It is the group of 5 hills, made of limestone and marble which represent 5 elements: Water, Wood, Fire, Metal and Earth. You can explore stunning caves, caverns, pagodas and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view from the top of the mountain.
Monkey Mountain is a beautiful national park in Da Nang that stands 700 metres above sea level. It has an abundant flora and fauna with thousands of flora species and nearly 300 species of animals, especially monkey, which is the reason why this mountain is also called Monkey Mountain. It is known as not only the green lung but also the giant wall to withstand the wind for Da Nang City.
Marble Mountains Tour
7.30 am– 8.00 am: Our car and tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Hoi An/ Danang and depart for Monkey Mountain.
8:45 am: Visit Monkey Mountain – a popular retreat amongst locals and travelers. You will observe the special ecology with abundant flora and fauna in here.
Explore Linh Ung Pagoda to admire a giant statue Lady Buddha which stands tall at 67m. It is a beautiful place full of bonsais and gorgeous views.
9:45 am: Check in the Marble Mountains after stop for a walk along the site to see local factories of stone sculptures, visit Huyen Khong and Tang Chon caves… We will climb up the stone stairs and admire the caves, pagodas and the beautiful panoramic view.
11:00 am: Keep going to see the biggest fascinated cave named as Am Phu Cave and deep inside is a re-creation of a Buddhist hell where sinners confess crimes, suffer punishments and hope to reach heaven’s light.
12:00 am: Have lunch at the local restaurant with local and authentic Vietnamese cuisines.
01:00 pm: Finally, we will drop you off at your hotel. Say goodbye and end of tour.
