2.00 pm or 05.00 pm: Our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi and start your culinary tour at Dong Xuan – the largest covered market in Hanoi.

Our guide will give you an insight of Vietnamese food culture and the culinary context of the city. Immerse yourself in the bustling atmosphere of market, inhale the aromatic scents exuding from dozens of street hawker stalls and try seasonal fruits.

After sampling a snack from a street cart, walk through 36 old streets to see the maze of bustling streets that make up Hanoi’s Old Quarter.

Learn about Vietnamese cuisine, Vietnamese history and culture as you sample the dishes at a world full of street food vendors.

Visit a small restaurant to watch the local chefs at work, then take a seat to dine on Banh cuon (Steamed rice pancake rolls).

You will wander past street stalls to try a variety of foods such as Nom bo kho – Papaya with Dried Beef Salad, Bun cha (Grilled pork with rice noodles) and Pho (Rice noodle soup).

You will sit down with the Hanoi locals and try some Nem, pho cuon (Fried spring rolls and fresh spring rolls), Banh ran (Vietnamese donut) and Banh mi (Bread).

It’s then time for dessert as we venture down a small alley to try Che (Vietnamese sweet soup) or Kem xoi (Steamed sticky rice with ice cream).
