Itinerary
Day 1: NhaTrang - Buon Don village (250km)
Talking about high mountains and thick forest, it is a missing if we don’t mention to Buon Don which is famous for villages of Ede minority people with special houses on stilts deeply typical Highland architecture. You will have chance to visit house of elephant-hunting King, Ama Cong, who hunted and domesticated over 170 wild elephants. Ethnic group character, specific culture and habits and customs of Ede people, and all beauty of view and people here make Buon Don becoming the most famous brand name of DakLak tourism. On the way, you can explore rubber plantations, Luong Son fishing village, mushroom (depends on season). When we arrive to Buon Don, we will sleep in a poetic hotel in Serapok river side.
Day 2: Buon Don village - Buon Me Thuot 150km
Have breakfast and coffee at hotel, then, we start an exciting new day with experience in visiting remote villages of Ede minority people. After that, we continue our trip to Buon Me Thuot. We will visit Buon Me Thuot prison, ethnic museum, and in particularly, a village of AkoDhong minority people located right in center of city with ancient houses on stilts. Also, we will explore and learn more about lives of the local people here. After having discovered capital city of coffee, we will be back to Eden hotel ( 2 star hotel).
Day 3: Buon Me Thuot - lak Lake (160 km)Have Breakfast and enjoy highland café at the hotel. The second day trip of our journey, we will visit one of hugest waterfalls in Vietnam- Draynur waterfall. On the way to the waterfall, we visit a famous traditional handicraft village (produce drums). At Draynur Waterfall, you can enjoy grandiose mountains of Highland, swim in cool nature water and relax.
Next destination is Lak Lake ( HoLak). You will walk along beautiful wild paths to Laklake. Besides, we visit sweet- scented cocoa plantation. Stopping at Ho Lak, you will have new experience in sleeping in a traditional house on stilts (Nha san) of ethnic minority people.
Day 4: Lak lake - Da lat (190km)After breakfast, you continue to explore a remote mountain village of Mnong people while you are riding elephant.
After that, we drive along Highway 27 to Da Lat. Twisty roads, tortuous passes, and deep green coffee and pepper farms in 2 sides of the road ensure to bring a fantastic feeling to you.
You will enjoy Highland purely typical foods at a local restaurant. After lunch, we head to ThacVoi ( elephant waterfall), silk factory, and try some Chon coffee ( weasel coffee- the most delicious coffee kind) at a local farm. Also, you have chance to know some famous coffee brands in Vietnam.
The end of day 4th, you spend your night at a hotel in Da Lat.
Day 5: Da Lat - Mui Ne (190km)
after breakfast at hotel, our tour guide will guide you to discover Highland city, Da Lat, one of the most poetic and romantic city in Vietnam with beautiful waterfalls, colorful flower gardens, and French typical unique architectures. On the way to Mui Ne, we will stop too visit Crazy House (one of the most bizarre house in the world, voted by People’s daily), chicken minority village, mushroom village. During journey from DaLat to Mui Ne, you will enjoy beautiful view of rain forests, approximate 2000-metre in height of tortuous mountains.When we arrive to Mui Ne, we will explore beautiful red sand dunes and fishing village.Our trip is finished in Mui Ne.
